Large rooms and hypo-allergenic pillows. Comfortable bed; reasonably large bathroom. Good breakfast, LOVELY location close to the center. Also - just next door to Bandarawela central bus stand and Polo Region Rest Inn.

The place was fairly clean, with big-sized and perfect rooms. Booked a room with a beautiful view. Favorable location and the staff was accommodating. We both ordered tasty dishes at the restaurant.

Spotlessly clean place with beautiful views of the mountains and the railway. Very friendly staff offering wake-up service and complimentary ironing. Large bathroom and reasonably spacious room. A wide range of satisfying breakfast options. Convenient location near the cool and misty mountains of Haputale, Lipton's Seat, Horton Plains, waterfalls, and Haputale Railway Station.

We had a fantastic time in Haputale, the hotel was lovely and conveniently located close to Bandarawela central bus stand. The rooms were incredibly clean and looked very new, and they also had a stunning view. The breakfast included fresh juice, which was a great touch.

Wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the tea plantations. The host family was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They even went out of their way to take care of me when I wasn't feeling well. The WiFi worked well, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly hosts and stunning views.
